GUITAR KEYCHAIN:  House & Garage keys, if you prefer a regular key
Please return keys to the wooden bowl on entrance table.  Replacement fees are $150 for each lost key.  

The 404 is a Smart Home and all commands can be spoken.  Try some of these...
"Hey Siri, turn on all the lights"  
"Hey Siri, turn on music in the whole house" 
"Hey Siri, turn on the AC to 72 degrees in all rooms"
As you leave, you can say, "Hey Siri, turn off all of the lights"

Use the iPad on the wall to access: 
   - LIGHTS
  - AC
   - MUSIC
  - FANS
  - ROBOROCK VACUUM

You can access AC in the Sensibo App on the iPad or individually in each room. 
Each room has a remote.
You can also say, "Hey Siri, turn on/off the AC"
If leaving the house for the day, hit "ECO" mode.
To turn off the display light, hit the "DISPLAY" button on remote.  

Open the Lutron app or Home app on the iPad.  
You can control lights in kitchen, living room, lamps and fans.
Use iPad control center or voice control.

Each room has its own HomePod.  The whole home can be connected to Music to play together or apart.  Speak to Siri to instruct on what music to play and which room or whole house.  You can also use the iPad to connect or disconnect rooms.  

The TV's are Roku TV's and very easy to use.  One remote in each room and the remotes can work on any other TV.  
The TV's are loaded with: 
   - Spectrum (Full Cable Channels)
   - Disney Plus 
   - Hulu 
   - ESPN
   - Netflix
   - HBO Max

The 404 Garage uses the same door code as your front door code.  Help yourself to the Beach Gear inside, including:
  - Bikes
  - Boogie Boards
  - Beach Chairs
  - Umbrellas 
  - Cooler 
 - Games
 - Baby Gear

There are two types of beach towels in the baskets near the living room.  Help yourself!
There are many supplies in the laundry room - detergent, sunscreen, extra towels, first aid supplies, games, and more.  The BBQ has propane and needs to be turned on at the source.  Let us know if there is anything you need during your stay. 

The Ka Milo Recreation Center is steps away from The 404.  There is a Resort-Style Family Pool, Adult-Only Lap Pool, 2 Spas (one behind the gym, the other tucked off to the right from the family pool), Fitness Center, BBQ Pavilion, Covered Dining Area, Large Grassy Lawn Area, Lounge Chairs and Cabanas.  Use the key with the dark lanyard in the bowl to enter the gated rec area.

Mauna Lani Beach Club is located 2 miles away at 68-1399 Mauna Lani Dr.  Key Card on the light blue lanyard will give you access to the parking lot at the Beach Club.  Chairs, cabanas, and beach parking.  Dining is available at Napua Restaurant in the evenings.

No Smoking Inside the Home
Quiet Hours:  9am - 9pm

Turn off lights and AC before you leave.  Any stains on sheets, please use the stain remover in the laundry room.  Thank you!
